BNH Coffee Break, Thank You Event

During this time of year, we usually get together to thank each of you for supporting Building New Hope with your time, donations, and input. We can’t meet in person this year due to the continuing challenge of COVID-19, so we are inviting you to join us for a virtual coffee break where we will celebrate the arrival of a new coffee shipment from Nicaragua and learn about the importance of fair, direct trade on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Noon ET.

The brief program will share our coffee story from the farmers’ co-op to your cup. It will feature a message from the farmers of the El Porvenir Cooperative in Nicaragua and a live discussion with local coffee roaster David D’Iorio, owner of 19 Coffee, who will talk about coffee roasting and tasting notes! Finally, we will hear from some Pittsburgh-based customers about what New Hope coffee means to them.
