16TH BNH BENEFIT RAFFLE​

Building New Hope is launching our 16th Annual Raffle in support  to BNH programs!

Since our first work brigade to Central America in the 1990s, Building New Hope has established long-term partnerships that nurture programs in youth education and sustainable agriculture. Our efforts, combined with your generous support, allow us to continue this work in the face of the pandemic and political situation in Nicaragua. In these trying times for everyday Nicaraguans, Building New Hope's programs are a stabilizing influence. With your support, we can help our partners continue to build a brighter future.

Our annual raffle is an essential fundraising opportunity that enables BNH to continue its mission - nurturing sustainable livelihoods in Central America and promoting healthy ecosystems and spreading awareness about how fair trade relationships can help to reduce poverty and inequalities. Ticket prices and packages for our vital 2022 raffle fundraiser will be similar to last year:

$50 donation: 1 ticket to enter the raffle

$250 donation: 6 tickets

$500 donation: 12 tickets

First prize: $1,000 cash! Second prize: a year's supply of delicious organic, direct trade, fresh roasted New Hope coffee. Third prize: Another one year supply of our delicious organic, direct trade, fresh-roasted New Hope coffee.

Plus, more wonderful prizes:

• A 1989 serigraphy of the renowned Mexican artist Trinidad Osorio. Women in Flower Market with an estimated value of $300 dollars
• A $150 Gift Certificate to Who Cooks for You Farm, a family farm who supplies Western Pennsylvania restaurants and Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) with Certified Naturally Grown, Pennsylvania Certified Organic produce.
• Three Original art designs of Pittsburgh line artist Chace Campbell.
• Four passes to Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens.
• One baske of products from the East End Food Coop
• $75 Gift certificate from Skin Boutique

There will also be other local prizes available. Not in Western Pennsylvania? No problem! Any local prize can be swapped for an equivalent amount of New Hope Coffee!
